BrickAmerica Materials is an industry leading wholesale distributor of the finest hardscape and masonry materials available in the market. We are looking for full-time, hungry, results-driven, self-starting Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium building materials—manufactured stone, natural ledgestone, porcelain tile & pavers, clay brick, and natural stone paving options to home builders and contractors throughout South Florida, with a primary focus on Palm Beach County.

What You will Do:
- Promote and sell hardscape, flooring, porcelain tile and pavers as well as other building materials
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our offerings
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales (hardscape, flooring or construction products preferred)
- Must reside in South FL (Broward, Palm Beach or Martin County)
- A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and territory management is essential
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record
